DIY: Striped Sunglasses!!

Have you got a pair of plain, boring sunglasses? Today I'm going to show you a really easy way to add some personality to them. The best part about this is that your only going to need nail polish and masking tape and you don't need to be the next van Gogh to do so :)
Start off by determining how wide you want the distance between stripes to be (the part that your not painting), then cut strips of masking tape that width. Wrap the masking tape around the sunglasses, making sure you like the way it looks. Then get out the nail polish and start painting, it doesn't matter if you get polish all over the masking tape (if you're like me then you it can't be avoided!). Then repeat with a second coat. I painted the back of my sunglasses as well, only with one coat, but you don't see it so it really isn't necessary.
Then wait, about 30 minutes for it to dry before removing the masking tape.
The thing I like about this is that there is so much scope to be creative, you could use glue instead of nail polish then dip it in glitter or change up the angle of the stripes, maybe horizontal or diagonal. You could even paint a lot of small thin stripes, the possibilities are endless.
